Eligible items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Certain items, such as perishable goods or personalized items, lingerie , home décor may not be eligible for return.
Returns are accepted for a refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). A product video with the product condition in case of damaged . wrong product is required for processing the refund.
Please allow 7 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund.
